Please close and reopen your browser and see if that fixes the problem.

If not, then be sure your browser is updated and if you have any pending update for Windows or Mac if you use it. Close and restart your computer.

If nothing works for you, then clear your browser cache. The first time you load the game after the clearing, it will load slower as all graphics have to be loaded again.

Hi, I have noticed that my messages' list is much shorter and now can't find players that have worked for me who are reliable. The other thing I have noticed is that we are not seeing Facility Quantity on Further Information when we see what fields are ready - hope you understand

Hi kejusa,

Messages doesn't show as many previous messages in the new version, that may be something the devs will look at again when everything is added back in the game.

Show Facility Info, which is what I think you mean when you are looking in Show Work Info hasn't been added back yet.

No I'm sorry but neighbours and buddies don't get the bonus chest. You would not get the extra box reward for hiring a neighbour or buddy either.

Thanks for your help in the past, not sure if this is a bug, but I'm having trouble completing a Train of 10 Cars. I've tried every combination possible to get the last 2 cars to connect. The Problem Farm is #16, Train is the Turbo in the center of the farm.
Is it me (I have 2 other 10 car trains on farms) but can't figure out this one.
Is it me???

From what I can see the problem is the long flower car is slightly off line and that may be why the last 2 cars won't connect.

just wondering not pestering but will the purple hand for SN work be fixed in a future update just tried to lay water on a different SN and its still not working at all for me. i have seen several reports on facebook groups of this still happening for other players so i can see i'm not the only 1 thanks.

We don't know what or when the developers are working on specific issues. I am sure it will be fixed at some point.
