Also, have you added your sister recently? Have you both sent neighbors requests to each other?

I did it, now I have her as a neighbour. And she has gifts I've sent to her, but I don't have gifts from her. I accepted them and than they disappeared.

Thanks for your id number.

After accepting gifts they go to your red gift box. You open it and store or use those gifts.

She sent me two hans, and thay are not in red box. I'm sorry for bothering you, I have played this game on my other account for couple of years since 2009, now I can not activate that account and I really love this game.

Im sorry Vanja but I cant see any hens in your gift box, farms or animal sheds.

I do see 2 chickens on your farm. Please note that chickens are not useful for using in the Chicken coop.

Please run memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm if you have it open in more than1 tab. Then reopen your farms.

This will not get the hen back but could prevent you to miss more gifts.

After that, ask your sister to send you only 1 gift and check if it goes to your gift box after accepting it.

I have a problem. I'm not getting ANY gifts and people are telling me they are sending them. Can you check my account maybe and see why. Haven't gotten any since yesterday when the reset occurred.

Hi Sizzlinsssandi,
I moved your post to the thread about gifts. We don't have any way to see what gifts have been sent to you. We can only see when you have accepted gifts and they are in your gift box.

This is a random problem that happens some times. It is a case of the data not transferring from Facebook to Farm Town as the gift processing is done through Facebook.
I had this problem twice and it was fixed later those days, but sometimes it could last a few days.

You can check the following link and see if your gifts are there Facebook Games Activity

If they are you can accept them through there or wait and see if they will show back up in your My Requests. Please visit the following link to know how to work through the Activity page:

You can try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and check again.

I moved your post to the thread for your problem.

Please let us know what exactly happens when you try to send/accept gifts.

Which browser are you using? Is it up to date?

You can try clearing your Farm Town Memcache then reload the my Requests page.
To clear your FT memcache Click Here. A window will open with a list of "unsetting", that is the memcache being cleared. Close that window and FT if you have it open in another window. Then check My Requests again.
