Hi Alma,
I moved your post to the Help & Support thread bout registering for playing on the website.
First you need to level up to level 21 and then you will see the registration pop up to get on the website.

There isn't any way they can register yet on the website without going through Facebook. The registration instructions are in the following link:

You might have them contact support about this. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

This is not for me but I have several people saying they did not register and now want to. How do they go about getting registered now that Farmtown is no longer on Facebook. I am registered and have been using the new site right along

You need to provide more information please.

What happens when you type your credentials in the website? Do you see any errors there?

Or you dont have problems with the login but the farms do not load?

It says error when I try to log in. Saying wrong username/ password. Saying my account isn't linked and won't let me either.

Did you register your account through facebook and took not of your email address and password in order to be able to log into the Website?
