After helping with those friends did you reload the game to check Farm Pass again? If not please try that and see if it updates for you.

If it does not, please also check for the usual things like computer updates and browser updates and also run memcache before you try again.

To clear your FT memcache. Click Here. A window will open with a list of "unsetting", that is the memcache being cleared. Close that window and FT if you have it open in another window. Then reload and try again.

If you have not already done so again since posting, please order your neighbours bar by Show Co-operative Quests and check if any of your neighbours have placed any help notes and see if you can help them that way to count for your goal.

Thanks for your reply. Tried all that, the three I had already done still not showing. Checked all my neighbours and none have help notes at the moment, so cannot try again.

By any chance did you also have a daily goal yesterday to help with friends co-op quests? If you did, did that one get completed fine?

If you can remember which friends you helped, please see if you can contact them and ask if they can see that you helped in their co-operative quests today. If they can then, although you have the rest of the season to try completing that goal or try completing other goals for more points, it's worth contacting the support team to let them know what's happened.

- Bugfix: When having the same Farm Pass goal as a daily and season goal, the counter was only updating the season goal.

107428313219250 got season goal to send out 100 somtihng regular gifts did that pass complete, but also go daily goal and it didnt give me credit, sent out over 300 more gifts it not giving me credit to complete the task

Hi all

The fix for the problem when having the same Farm Pass goal as a daily and season goal and the counter was only updating the season goal is now working.

Please reload the game and try again.

I did not have a daily goal to help friends at the same time.
I checked with my friends and they can see that I helped with their quest, although they did not register with my pass. I will contact Support. Thank you.

my daily goal is send 3 belt/dan bonuses to friends i sent 5 just to make sure cleared my mem and everything and the goal shows as 0/3 done not sure what is wrong just thought id report it here

I just checked your farm pass and the daily goal for sending 3 belt/dan bonuses is showing 3/3

If you are not seeing that, please reload the game.
