HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

USER ID number ( 100000201115933 ) getting this for some reason today, after lots of crashes.. first time ever since change over from flash..

Hi Taz, no, I don't have this especially not installed recently. I didn't change anything since yesterday, but today the game is loading in Firefox too.

Hi Aussie Rae,

The log entry is a new one, and will show that without causing any problems. Did the log entry have a yellow background or was it white like the rest of the normal entries?

What were you doing at the time you got the frequent crashes?

Hi rosemisner,
I moved your post to the subject thread about the HTML/WebGL not loading.
Are you able to open your farms? You don't say if you are or not.
Farm Town is up and has been running fine for the whole time since the transfer to this version, but with limited functions.


If you are not able to open your farms:


Please check if there is any update for Windows or Mac, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.

Also make sure your browser is updated as sometimes they do not automatically update.

After that then follow the instructions given in this announcement:

You have to try all suggestions under FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.
After trying them all, then restart and check again if your game loads.

If your game doesnt load, then you have to provide the information under PERSISTENT LOADING ISSUES.
Please notice that for point 3, developers are asking for the last Checkpoint information.

If you dont see the information below your game screen, then click in Toggle FT console and scroll down the page using the bar on the right till you find the last Checkpoint information.



Also please check the first post of this thread to see more suggestions for testing your computer.

What has happened? I'm getting a "Your browser does not support WebGL." message? And it was working earlier!!

It had a yellow background from memory Tiger, I had just started working some of my super neighbors farms. I closed the browser and reopened it and all was good. Have not noticed the message today but will keep a check on it just in case.. I only have showing the item that needs work on, then hide it so that not all (crop, trees, flowers and fish) are ticked in Preferences when going from farm to farm.

Tried to edit my earlier message, with this, which is posted below the game"WebGL Supported, but DISABLED ------------------- ERROR!" Which is essentially a mixed message. HELP!!

I moved your post to the thread for HTML5

Please restart and see if that fixes the problem.

If not, then clear your browser cache. The first time you load the game after the clearing it will load slower as all graphics have to be loaded again.

when i try to log into ft, i get a black screen with white cube that iwll not load, a big box pops us sam an embedded page @11.slashkey aborted error, etc, any solutions, i have checked all instructions and rebooted, but its been 2 days now and still the same.
