I am tired of you guys stealing a lousy $1 FC on my co-ops, don't tell me I did not complete 13 this week!!!!! The first co op was started AFTER I cashed out for the previous week. You need to reset your clocks!!!!

Hi Mbcashman,
I moved your post to the thread about co-op quests.
What I see in your data is that you collected last week on the 14th at 6:49 AM Eastern time and have not collected yet today.


Your first quest after you collected last week was completed at 9:08 eastern time. Since you have not collected yet this week that quest has dropped off the list leaving you with 12 quests currently.


Quests only stay on the list for 7 days exactly to the second after they have been completed. So at 9:08 this morning that oldest quest dropped off the list. For it to count and you get 2 FC you would have had to collect your FC prior to 9:08 this morning.



As you have one in progress for french onion soup you should be able to wait until that one is complete and then collect your 2 FC.

There are a few products in 2 or 3 facilities taking more time when you get that quest or cooperative quest.

Sadly the developers were not able to fix them as it is not easy due farmers get those quests very rarely and you only notice after the last step is started.

Hi, I don't expect you to do anything about this. Just an observation. In less than a week, I've had three coop quests that involve this facility. There's no reason for me to buy it; I have plenty of animal products. Kind of suspends disbelief that coop quest items are randomly selected. Thanks.

They are randomly selected. I am sorry this has happened to you but you are right there is nothing we can do to change that.

Thanks, Taz. And FWIW, today, my regular quest is from that factory. Again, I don't expect you to do anything about this. And I understand the developers need to make money; I sure don't expect them to do all the creative and maintenance on this game for free! I just wish they'd stop with the facade of random selection--not just from this current situation with me, but obviously, new facilities have a greater chance of being used in quests to drive sales. I am not saying this is a bad thing at all, just that I wish they would stop saying random selection when it's weighted selection.

I moved your post from the Co-operative Quests Help thread to the Help & Support thread about Co-operative Quests to answer you and because you are not advertising any quests to help others.
The Salmon you bought is for the Killer Whale Food quest.


Also note your link you have to your farms in your signature is incorrect. No one has an account with only zeros.

lol i think it's fair to say i'm pretty computer ignorant when it comes to this game. I changed my signature, hopefully, i've had someone else sell me salmon but i still can't find it. can you help me or should i just forget this game?
