I needed to help 3 more neighbors with Co op Quests to make the 19 I needed for 75 Farm Pass points. I just did so, but the count did not change, it stayed at 16. I refreshed the game and it still stayed at 16. Why am I not getting my credit?

Please provide your farms ID number, so we can check this.

The only ID I could find is my user ID, hopfully this is what you need. If not, where would I find the number you want

Hi Kathyrdr,
I have checked and yes it only shows 16 of 19 needed to help with co-op quests. I don't have any way to see why the 3 you just did are not showing. Nor do we have any way to add them. The only thing I can tell you is to try again to do 3 more help notes for your neighbors' co-op quests.


Edit: What method did you use to do the help on the quests? Did you go from the neighbor bar or did you open quests while doing their facilities?

Today after the new farm pass goals started. I checked on my unworkable facilities. The game said they had been done, but no one shows up as doing them nor did it show in all my facilities that they had been done. They were at 95 percent. Also I unloaded a train and I did not get the farm pass bonus.

Hi fred

I just had a look at your data and it shows you got the farm pass bonus when you unloaded your train.

To check who worked your non workable facilities please do the following:

Below the game screen you have the Activity panel. Uncheck all options except for Facilities. Be sure you have the option Sort By to Date.

Then slowly go through the farmers who worked your facilities and see if you can find the one who worked the non workable. The text will be in pink for that farmer instead of red.

Per your suggestion I did this :
Below the game screen you have the Activity panel. Uncheck all options except for Facilities. Be sure you have the option Sort By to Date.
It only shows people that worked my facilities, no one doing the unworkables.

The train I will just take your word on. No farm pass bonus showed on my screen, just the mayors bonus.

When receiving a ingredient from a facility with Farm Pass, you click on choices then stored amount, It doesn't work correctly.

Hi Poof,
I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about the Farm Pass. When you have aproblem or a question, do not post it in the Suggestions section as that is only for suggesting changes or additions to the game.
You are going to need to explain further. Is this a goal or a reward you are trying to get? What happens when you try?
Did you try restarting your farms as it just may be that it doesn't update until you do a restart?
