Train Boosting, Sending Gifts and My Neighbors tab Problem

The developers have looked at the problem and it appears to be a Facebook issue that just happened to occur at the same time the new levels were released. Only thing we can do is wait for Facebook to correct the problem.

Please do not post about this as it has been identified.

I have already sent this to the developers and they will take care of it.

It has been replaced by the milking supplies, but my ncc manager does not show my milking supplies factory. I cleared memcache but in vain.

HI Palmarina,
Try it now. If it still doesn't work try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

In case some of you have not checked the main thread, Raul added the following information:

Post Release Updates - October 16th, 1:00AM

- Bugfix: Replaced the Turbo Open-Pit Mine by the Milking Supplies Factory in the Neighbourhood Chains Contest, because the Turbo Open-Pit Mine can not be worked by others.

Known Issues:

- Problems with Train Boosting, Sending Gifts and My Neighbors tab information. Our research indicate that it appears to be a Facebook issue that just happened to occur at the same time the new levels were released. We will keep monitoring the issue and place a ticket with Facebook if it doesn't get fixed in the next couple of days.
