HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

Like Edmo I got the gray screen with the sad face when trying to load. I ran through the steps and saw all the stuff- rotating cube, sky, desert, farm with ship. This is what my computer says:

Rasterization unavailable whatever that means.

Are we not able to go to flash now? We used to be able to try the HTML5 and go back to Flash, is that no longer possible?

Hi texans,

Yes, you can still use the Flash version, only the link was removed to make room for the troubleshooting link for the HTML5 version. If you wish to go back to the flash version, all you need to do is go to the link you normally use from Facebook.

i had a go with the new html5 after you did a few changes and i see the fuel still get used
if i do my own harvesting

Hi Keith,

Initially, it looks like the fuel is being used, but if you notice, the fuel gets put back once you have finished. Effectively none is actually used in the end.

Hi, after reading the forum, I get none of the displays as described. I get a single green farm with no other items. 0123 numbers under coins and cash, no function at all in any aspect. Thanks! I know you are working on it.

Hi...I enabled the webgl on my chrome browser and it worked for like 5 farms...then I got the black screen...again....I am using linux and was wondering if that is part of the problem? I don't seem to have any of the same issues on my laptop with Windows 10 so far...any ideas? Thanks, Judy

If I use the html5 version can I later load the Flash version?

The Flash is still working for me but would like to try out the new version.
