Developers are working in the buy farmcash option but it is not ready yet. We have to wait for more information.

Default Farm Pass privileges non workable facilities

Hi!
First, I want to thank all of you for being so patient with me.
Second, I think I may have figured out the problem I'm having with the Farm Pass privilege for one neighbor working non workable facilities.
I noticed that the farm I posted from to have neighbors work my facilities is the farm where the non workable facilities aren't being worked. I will try my guess out in May, and post from farms where I don't have any non workable facilities.

A lot of my Facilities are showing as 106% full! eg I'm trying to load a Motor for a Quest into my Electronic Componant Factory, but it says I can only have 18000 pending, and I have 19100 pending. It also seems to be auto-starting them as they have been full for quite a while.

Hi kevcat4

I moved your post to the thread about Farm Pass.

Let me tell you what I think. You purchased the farm pass on April, so one of your rewards was the increase capacity for facilities producing common products.

The Electronic Component Factory is a factory producing common products. If you filled your facilities before the new farm pass started for May, then that is why that factory is still showing a higher %

Try to post your facilities so your friends can work them and then you will be able to start a batch for the product you need for your quest.

I made some goals in the FarmPass this morning and suddenly all the goals went back to zero. Is this a glitch you are aware of and how can I get what I've already acquired back. I have reloaded the game and restarted my laptop. Thanks

Hi Bjyhey,
I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about the Farm Pass as this has nothing to do with the current release.
From what I can see of your goals, I see you have earned 6 points for one complete daily goal and have received 7 of 25 ingredient packages for a seasonal goal. If this is not all you have earned you will have to contact Support about this. We do not have anyway to restore any goals you have earned.
To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

I got everything back except for the fishing goal and went to the marketplace and got a job fishing and it finished the goal. All good, thanks again

Default Facility Production Not Advancing

UPDATE: This morning everything works fine. NO clue what was going on, but whatever it was, it appears to be fixed.

I don't know how to explain this exactly. I'll give an example.

At about 10:30 this morning, I couldn't advance a quest step (produce ground cumin) because it said the queue was full. It said the next batch would be finished in five hours.

It is now *eight* hours later, and it still won't let me advance the quest step.

Several quests are affected. It happens both on the independent site and going through Facebook.
