Hi Sally

When you cash out a service facility, you get coins which are added to your total amount. The service facility will continue working while you fill it and your friends work it.

Default facility purchase mistake

my fault but accidently bought a Japanese's restaurant (last cash purchase made) can it be reversed? Ive been saving forever to get a larger seader

Hi CarolGrant,
I moved your post to the thread about accidently buying an item.
Your last facility purchase was for the Taste of Japan service facility.
You will need to contact Support to see about a refund as we can not do those through the forums. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

Default accidnetlay bought a facility

I went to click on the bulgarian restaurant and somehow click on the egyptian one which I did not realize until I had place it on my farm which I did not intend to buy as it is FC which I am trying to save.

how do I get my FC back

Default Accidental Purchase

Hello,

I accidently purchased a Indian Restaurant (I already had one) when I really wanted to purchase an Indian Trading Post. The purpose of this email is to ask if you would please refund my FC for this accidental purchase and take the 2nd Indian Restaurant away.

Thank you for your time.


When did you contact them? Friday 1-20-23
Did you get the auto response email? No I did not.
Have you checked your spam/junk folder for it? Yes I have.
Did you also try another email address you have and have the same problem with that one as well? No I did not.

I'm sorry you didnt get the automatic response or any news from Support. I know they have been checking your account so I'm sure they got your report but sometimes, there are problems when they respond as those replies dont go through.

I will talk to Support and they will probably use another email address to get to you, mostly a gmail address.
If it is not today then it will be tomorrow, so please check your mails from time to time. Thanks

Edited to Add: Support answered you twice, please be sure you are checking the correct email address. We can see you contacted Support using a different email address to the one you registered on the forum.

I purchased the Meadow flowers by mistake. How do I get rid of that and go back to regular grass?

Hi Panache

I moved your post to the thread for your problem.

Staying on that farm, open your Store and then click in Path/Ground tab again.

Scroll down the page till you see the different ground covers, all of them cost 100 coins, and click in the one you want. The first one showing up is called Grass (default).

Default accidentally deleted rabbit hutch

I accidentally deleted my rabbit hutch, is there a way to get it back? I had one on farm 28.
