I moved your post to the thread about storage.
How are you removing them from your storage? Are you putting them on your farm or selling them?
I see 329 Big Lakes in your storage as the only waters in it. I do not see any Big Ponds in there. You have a total of 1135 spaces in your storage and 839 used giving you 296 spaces to use.

I have been putting things in storage for years. Suddenly, I cannot get anything OUT of storage! I certainly know how to so it properly but it has stopped cooperating! Help!

Hi Lessonlady,
I moved your post to the thread about storage.
To move something out of storage you must have a place on the farm slightly larger than the item you are trying to move from storage to a farm. Hiding things on the farm to move others to the farm does not work for that either as the game knows something is sitting there. Secondly your farm must not have reached the limit on how many things you have on the farm.
What are you trying to move and to what farm are you trying to place it on?

Hi Puzzles,
The limit in the Harvest & Products for an item it 200 million. However, the overall limit will not allow for every product to have 200 million. You can tell where you are for the overall limit by the percentage is in the upper left corner of the page. That limit is not a specific amount as it depends on a lot of variables.

I have several Long Cattle cars on trains in addition to other ways I've accumulated many thousands more cows than I need or want. It would be nice to have a way to sell what we don't need in bulk. Unless I'm missing something, the only way now is to take them out of storage one at a time and put them on a farm, then use the excavator tool to sell them. I know they aren't taking up valuable storage space, but they aren't doing any good either.

For 86,000 cows, that's a bit too much work For the time being, I took the Long Cattle car off the trains, but I still have all those animals in storage.

Hi KC,
I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about the storage.
There is a way already to sell the excess animals and other things from your storage in the trading market.

Go to the trading market and click to sell in the menu just as you would for selling from your storage. There are 3 tab buttons across the top of that page for Harvests & Products, Gifts, and Items. Click on the Items tab and then set the filter to Animals. From that you can sell those animals.

I bought a purple 12x12 Logging Truck on another of my accounts and I keep getting the "please retry later" message over and over even after trying clearing the FT memcache. He has 219 spaces and 55 under usage when looking under Tools in his storage. I have tried clicking the Logging Truck and storing it from the drop down menu, storing it using the individual tool and noticed the Tower Crane will not work because the tools disappear from view. The same is happening with the 12x12 flower harvester.

There are multiple issues for the game today.

The developers are checking on them but we do not know how long this will take.
