I have moved your post to the thread about the display.
We are aware of this and have informed the developers of it.
We can only wait until they are able to reset the server. You can still do most things except contact anyone or see anyone in the markets.

Hi, I'm trying to log onto t he game on Firefox and Opera, but in both of those browsers, my sound will not disable. I don't especially like the jingle, but other than that, there are times when I don't want the sound like when I'm in a chat group or listening to something else. I do disable the sound (or try to anyway) in the game, but it doesn't work. Any other suggestions? Those are the only other browsers I've used besides Chrome. Disabling the sound does work on Chrome. Thanks!

I moved your post to the thread about the sounds.
Instructions on how to turn on and off the sounds in the game are in the first post of this thread. There are 2 sets of sounds that you will need to turn off to show red. If you are using multiple browsers for multiple farm sets then you will need to turn both off in each farm set.

When using the farm stats, having planted or harvested it is still showing as not done. Worked fine before FB took the game off line.

I moved your post to the thread about display issues.
The Farm Stats does not update immediately. Try restarting your farms and see if it will up date. It can take up to about 10 minutes for it to update.

since back online, i have issues with farm stat not updating. it will add items that need harvesting but does not remove those that have been harvested. also lost previous ship itinerary but that might be a good thing because some players may have quit.

The Farm Stats do not up date immediately. They can take up to 10 minutes to update.

Hi, The "ShowWorkInfo" tab keeps showing that I have crops ready in Green, but when I go to the farm, they are NOT ready. I have two right now like that.
