I have purchased a Packaging Machine today at 35 farm cash, on my husband's account. It will not acknowledge my tool for the Fish Farming Plant. The game has yet to apply the tools advantages to the Fish Farming Plant on this account. The account I am referring to is USER ID number is: 1596171676 Build No: 641

Hi Sosmek,
Are you trying the Start All on the fish farming plants themselves ieither in the facility manager or on the facility it self on the farm? Or are you trying the Start All at the top of the facility manager. The one you bought only works from the facility itself and not the Start All at the top of the manager.
