OFFICIAL Game Not loading/WebGL disabled/frequent crashes

Struggling to work facilities
Sticks at U60 and U72 on every farm
Cant see anyone in the marketplace
Amount stored all out of sync
I have cleared memcache so many times today
Have ensured Chrome up to Date
Have tried different browsers
Have cleared history
Have ensured all drivers up to date

Still can't load the game. Stuck on U75 "Climbing on Tractor". I've done EVERYTHING same as honeyg56 and nothing works. I can't get in. AND... I am about to lose the FC on my quest and all my crops!!!!

I'm not from Slashkey but suggestion. Did you reboot the PC (You probably have and I just didnt see it in your notes)

Yes. I did that.

ALSO. I just tried login from my Android phone. I did get in and was able to get to the job marketplace and hire a farmer to harvest my crops. However, I could not actually load any of my farms. It just stalls and sits there.

So we are so late answering you.
I have loaded both of your farms with no problems. I have also checked the servers and all of them are up and functioning.


Make sure you computer is updated as well. If you have to do any updates then be sure to restart it.

If nothing works for you, then it could be an internet problem somewhere between you and the game servers that is causing data to be lost. Between you and the servers are many links that the data for the game has to travel through to get to and from the server. Any one of those links having a problem or heavy traffic can cause slowed down or lost data transfer.

I'm so glad to see I'm not the only one having issues!!!! I contacted my internet company and nothing is wrong on their side. I've cleared my memcache at least 5 times, rebooted, shut my laptop off and then on again, shut my internet down and rebooted that. Still either doesn't load or if it loads, when I go to another farm, it's stuck at 98%. I've tried Chrome, Safari and Firefox with the same results - no loading. It's so frustrating!

Well, this is new! Now I keep getting the disconnect message and can't reconnect to the internet! edit: seems to have resolved itself. It seems I can get to my default farm, but going to any other farm is either extremely slow or doesn't connect at all.

Hi KnittyGirl,
There is far more involved in getting the data from your computer to the server and back again than just your internet company. They only see and are concerned with the link from you to them.
I have loaded your farms and have no problem moving from farm to farm.
