Hi Karin,
I looked at your quests and see you have 10 of the 14 steps completed. That tells me you have more steps that need to be completed before you can make the beet borscht in the restaurant. For one thing you need the rye bread for the recipe. So you need to make the rye bread in in the bakery first with the rye flour.

I need the rye flour before I can make the bread Taz. I can't make the flour. Don't write this off because you haven't paid attention to the items required to make the rye bread. Flour is required before you can bake rye bread.

Hi Karin,
You need to make the rye flour in the wind mill either red or stone. Is it possible your windmill is full with pending batches that will not allow you to start a new batch for this until one batch gets completed?
Do you have a check mark in the box for the rye?

The time icon that goes in the rye flour task isn't showing up. It looks like it isn't working. However when I went back in a few moments ago it was done, and the problem is solved. I had room for the task as it was not checked before and the entire task was empty. In any case, the problem is solved. Rye bread is baking and I'm on my way.

I have a friend that needed 10 sugarcane for quest. She had used her lifeline and she had to harvest from farmers. She did more than 10 but it only shows 3. Can you explain to me please, so I can relay message Thanks

Hi Rodkay,
When you get hired to work on other peoples farm(s) you will get the following:
Crops: When you harvest crops for someone else you will receive 25% of the selling price of the crop that you are harvesting and you will receive 10% of the crop that you are harvesting.
So to get the 10 she needs she has to harvest 100.

this morning i started a product in on of the factories to complete a quest, i just went to see how long it had and it was not started, someone posted something like that in one of the face book groups.

I moved your post to the thread about Quests as it has nothing to do with the New Release.

Could it be possible that facility was already filled st 100% when you tried to start that product?

If so, you have to wait till a batch is done to be able to start one.

When I started products in facilities for quests this AM I noticed when I checked them later the formerly started product didn't show up and the step was still incomplete. Tried twice. Same thing happening for my super-neighbor. Are we the only ones?????? Help.

Hi Snookie Sue,
I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about quests as this has nothing to do with the current release.
When you start a product for a quest be sure to not use the Start all and look in the box for that product to see if the start button is greyed out. If it is you will not be able to start that product yet.
