Hi Lisa,
According to our data that purchase of Farm Cash didn't complete. You can check your Account/Farm Cash Activity Log to see that it isn't listed there.

Do you have a notice above your game about an uncompleted purchase?


You previous purchase of the Farm Pass however does show in our data for you.

I am sorry but we do not see any transaction of that number in your account data nor any recent purchases of Farm Cash. Are you seeing this in your Farm Cash Activity Log in the Account tab above your farms? If not then that transaction did not go through. If you used PayPal for this purchase and it is listed there then I suggest you contact them.
