I moved your post to the thread about facilities. I am sorry we can not do refunds theough the forums. You will need to contact Support about this.


To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

Every time factories come up to be worked at neighbors farms like the japanese one this time they are not in the request page. How can we work them?

I moved your post to the thread about Facilities.

No matter the farmer didnt use a specific facility to post, that doesnt mean they do not have the Japanese one.

If you need to work that facility, then you can ask your friend where it is located so you can go to work it.

i have several facilities that don't fill when using the facility manager or individually. all products in all the facilities have the check mark by them. most facilities have enough product to start the items in the facilities.

Hi gkersjes,
What facilities are not filling? Try opening the facility and click to start one batch in each of the products and see what the text says you are missing? That will tell you what you are short of.

let me start with one factory

Pet Accessories Factory: edible snack, bird cage and pet lint roller: have all the product needed but did not start with facility manager or individually. The bottom of each product has nothing to click. if i click start all it says i have nothing to start.

Hi gkersjes,
If it shows no buttons except the Start Batch (none of the numbered ones) Then it is full of the maximum batches that can be started. If you look at the Pending tab then it should show you that there are pending batches to be finished and possible some already done that are ready to store. It is not whether you have all the ingredients needed, but instead is that you can not schedule any more to be started as it is all ready set up with 15 days worth of pending batches. The edible shack can produce 4800 products in 15 days. The Pending tab will also show you how long before the next batch is completed so after that time you can then check to see if you can start a single batch.

but the factory has nothing started, nothing pending

donut shop; says i need i more cow milk (twice) but i have all the cow milk i need. one donut out of eight started nothing else started and nothing else pending

Hi Gkersjes,
If that is the case then try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.
