I just bought 2 locomotives and 4 cars for the locomotives. tried to dispatch them and could not go because 1 was already on that farm. I had 1 on my other account and at a different farm number. so I deleted that one locomotive from my other account I don't play as much on. when I went back to the account that I play all the time both locomotives and 2 of the 4 cars were gone. so I put the one back on hoping 4 of the 6 I just bought with FT cash would come back. please help me out. Thank you.

I moved your post to the thread about missing items. I have checked your account data and all of those items you bought except for the long gondola car are on your farms somewhere. You will need to use the search (maginfying glass) and look for them. They may just be hidden under something else. What trains you have on another account have nothing to do with this account. There isn't any cross over between the accounts, so you did not need to delete an engine on that one. For the gondola car you will need to contact Support about it as we can not do refunds through the forums. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours. To contact through the website: https://apps.slashkey.com/farmtown/settings2/support/ You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.
