OFFICIAL Issues with Registering your Email to your FarmTown Account

Not sure what i did but it asked me to register again so i did on both my accts now its not saying anything at the top of the games and im not receiving any emails from support. tried contacting them and not even getting the automated letting me know they received the email, and yes they are on my safe senders and never been blocked. what can i do.
