HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

Keeps crashing on me with latest game update. Can't paste error code but occurs after in game dialogue says can't perform function. My Windows and Chrome Browser are updated and cache has been cleared.

Hi FCM,
Not knowing which cache you have cleared, please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

Then clear your browser cache , close the browser and then reload your farms.

Thank you. I tried the memcache as well and did the procedures in the order you suggested and am still getting the same message. I can't copy the text as it loads in a pop up and it will not allow me to copy it.
Attached is a screenshot. Thanks for looking into this and with the migration efforts

What browser and operating system are you using?

Are your browser and operating system up to date?

Please try another browser to see if it will work.

I'm using Chrome and Windows 10. All up to date. I attached a screenshot to the prior post. Here it is again. Thanks again for your help and for the migration efforts.

What does the message say in the game?

Try the instructions given in this announcement:

You have to try all suggestions under FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.
After trying them all, then restart and check again if your game loads.

After that try clearing the browser again, close browser, shutdown and restart your computer, then reopen and see if you can get past that error.

It says "Operation Could not be performed, please try again". I have followed the instructions. Everything loads okay. Just crashes after a few activities on the farm. The Other message keeps referencing flash for some reason. It's uninstalled. So, I don't know why that is happening. It appears to be on the servers in the URL. cdn.slashkey/flash/xxxxxx
