Taz D, I followed your directions, the Unity logo appeared, the bar was filled up, the Farm Town logo appeared and after about 1 minute the gray screen appeared with an error message telling me to see my browser's Javascript console. The error was at abort(138) at Error at .. and there are all these links that i have no idea what they mean. The problem is that all morning i was looking for the Javascript console on Edge, Firefox and Opera and I could not find it. What's next?

Hi Edmo,
Please treport this to Support. Java should not be needed for Farm Town that I know of. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

Taz D, thank you very much for your advice. I will do it.

In my previous message i tried to upload a snap of the image but it needed an URL. I uploaded the image of the error onn my timeline, then i opened it and i used the Facebook URL of the image but the Forum did not accept it.

Here is the image. I hope you can see it.

Taz D, as per your suggestion i emailed support which responded on 1/12/21 that they can't do anything. Here is the text of the support response.

"Hi Edmond,

If you have already posted on the forum, in the thread that Taz asked you to do, then there is nothing more i can do, the developers are monitoring the thread, have you posted the information they asked for in there?

Hi Edmo,
The developers are looking at all the reports here and treying to figure out what is preventing players from loading the game. Please be patient while they work through all those problems and can come up with solution.
