I have a log truck with chain saw in my storage that I bought when I played Farmtown years ago. Now I am back playing again and it won't work from storage or from a farm. It says I have to buy it. All my other tools work. How do I get it to work? Thank you for helping me.

I moved your post from Suggestions to Tools and Fuel in Help & Support to be able to answer you.
Please do not post questions and problems in that section as it is only to post new ideas for the game.

About your problem:

Go to a farm with space to place that tool. Click in your preferences the wrench, and only put a check mark to Show Tools option, then click in the green check mark to save changes. That way you will be able to see the chainsaw on that farm.

Then open your storage and place the chainsaw on that farm. Close the game and then reload it.
Put the chainsaw back into storage, reload the game and then check if you can use it.

If not, then provide your user id number. You find it by scrolling down your game page till you find Your facebook user id number: XXXXXXXX

I have all the harvesting tools for my animals and I am having to go to each animal shed and individually harvest my animals. This just started about 2 weeks ago. What is going on?

Hi Mary Nelson,
I have checked and yes you have all the tools and theyare in your storage.
Are you having to do this on all farms where you have animal sheds or just certain ones?
Please check your farms where you have the animal sheds and make sure you do not have those farms marked as quest farms. You can find that information by clicking on the farm name and look in the pop up menu to see if there is a check mark next to Make this a quest farm.
If those farms are marked as a quest farm then the animal sheds on that farm will not be harvested by the tools.

I have the purple hand tool I want to use it on my new. farm to plant multi items how do I do this please as I am only getting the edit and pyrchese board not the one with the patterns for multi planting than you in. advance

Hi dinkyman,
I have moved your post to the thread about tools.
The purple hand does not give you the patterns for multi planting. That tool is not for multi planting. You can buy multiple items with it, but still would be placing them individually. And to place those you still have to have at least one spot the size of a pine tree to place each of them.

I just bought several new tools all are showing except the 16x16 tree shaker. When I went to buy the 20x20 it states I need to buy 16x16. What may of happened?

Neverming it was the 16x12 I bought. Thought it was the 16x16. My mistake I guess

I moved your post to the thread about tools. What you bought is the tree shaker 16x 12 which you needed to own before you can buy the 16x16not 16x16. That one is in your storage.
