rob it is not happing when you are doing your own it is when you are working others and the mayor works half of them it tells you 0 has been sent...

yes, and if that is happening to you, i will need a link to your farms, that way the devs can look into it better, and fix it

Have you used the farm manager in the extended toolbox? click the copy link button, click on a farm, which copies it to your clipboard, then paste it in a post here

If not, you can send me a private message with your facebook profile link if you prefer, i can get the link from that

Just completed a Quest. Bottom left is a blue button says Redeem Prize and when I clicked on it it said something about Sorry Can't redeem prize now, try again later.

Hi max_river, and everyone else that is having the issue when working other facilities and the mayor giving no products.

Raul need a couple of things,

Is it both service facilities and regular facilities? or just one of them?

Do you do half the work and the mayor takes over? or do you have both rains and the mayor does ALL the work?

Can you try to take a screen shot of exactly what the mayor is saying when he is working them please? i know thats not easy, but if you can try for me.

to take a screenshot, press Alt & Prt Scrn, then paste into any paint program. and save as .jpg
