I have no idea what in the world you are talking about. When a new release comes out more often then not they do not cause any problems for the game. On the occasions that it does cause a problem the problem is fixed asap which most of the time is in a few hours not weeks. New releases come when the developers get them ready, there has never been and I doubt there ever will be a set seclude for releases. When they come out are solely based on when the developers want to release them, not on some imagery problems some want to clam the game is having. Are there a few people having issues yes but they are not game wide problems and therefore do not effect release dates.
