Hi Pat Why would would you make the assumption that nobody cares? Some glitches and bugs are just really difficult to fix. Are you able to still accept new messages? Or is the '1' on your gift box? Another thing, everyone does realize that this is very irritating and inconvenient to you and we do sympathize, but please keep in mind that there are people who are unable to play at all! Please post problems in the official threads in help and support so they will be seen. Thank you.
