I have quite a few neighbors, but they aren't always on when I need "emergency harvesters". I prefer hiring neighbors so that I don't have to go to the MP to hire. I wonder if it would be possible to have a thread on the forum where anytime (day or night) people could post what they have to harvest. (I usually hire them to plow as well). I also hired a neighbor today to fish for me. She doesn't have all of the "water types" that I have and was able to get salmon and lobsters for her facilities. Just saying...

The upside is that many people have their farms linked. It would be easy to get there. Also, they would know that they are coming to WORK, not to goof off!

If enough people are interested, we can certainly start a harvesting thread in the Social section. We used to have a tree huggers thread lol where forum users hired people who promised not to harvest trees.

I had someone get snarky because I told them I had razzberries the other day! It was so weird! It went like this..

Snarky McSnarksALot: Hire me! Will do anything!

Me: Will you do razzberries? I know they're not worth a lot, but I'm grinding out the levels today! Then you can plow if you want.

Snarky McSnarksALot: Yeah sure whatever, as long as I can plow...

Me: You want help, or you want to do it yourself? There's a LOT.

Snarky McSnarksALot: Just me, thanks!

Me: Okay! *hires Snarky McSnarksALot. We go to my farm. I start doing my trees*

Snarky McSnarksALot: WTF is this? CHEAP berries!

Me: Um, I told you it was razzberries.... *brings up her menu, just in case Snarky McSnarksALot bails*

Snarky McSnarksALot: No effin' way! I'm doin' this! *attempts to flounce out, but it looses something when it's done online.*

Me: *giggles like a madwoman and ignores Snarky McSnarksALot*

I'd understand the snark if I hadn't TOLD her it was razzberries... But I did.
