OFFICIAL Game Not loading/WebGL disabled/frequent crashes

OFF LINE ISSUE!!

We are all experiencing the off line problem when loading the farms.
Also, there are errors in the console.

We still are able to work our farms or our Super Neighbors farms off line.

We have emailed the developers to let them know.

Is farm town down again I can't connect to the mainframe. The mainframe should be green but the game is on offline mode and the box is red. What is going on now. I was right in the middle of a job. There was no issue or announcement posted on the thread so not sure what is going on. How long will the game be down and is this just another temporary issue. This game has too many issues and needs to be fixed. Also I am still be bullied and harassed by several farmers and I have reported them but it's not really helping those same farmers continue to harass me over and over again and I am so tired of it. An Anti Bully Rule really needs to be put in place for this game so that it doesn't happen to me or to anyone else. THIS NEEDS TO END NOW!! NO MORE BULLYING!!

My farms appear offline, not connecting to the mainframe, but can I still ask other players to work my farms while it is not connected to the mainframe? Will the harvests still go into my storage?

Hi Sandie Mae Angel,
Everything is working except the chat server. So all still is working except you can not see or contact other players. That means you can not hire because you can not see them to send the hire request.

Thank you. I understand that we cannot hire anyone, but what happens to the super facility items that we cannot sell in the market

Hi Honeyg,
They stay where they are until either the server is back up or the time for those (midnight eastern time) expire. Any interaction between players can't take place when the chat server is down. There is nothing we can do more until the developers get that server back up on line.
