VERY strange......
 So when I get hired by a farmer and finish harvesting and plowing, I go back to that farm again and the crops are STILL THERE. Not sure what's going on and I don't get the job completion popup ETA: The farm owner is telling me the crops are still there and when I REFRESH his farms I see that too.
