I followed exactly your steps and had no problem loading the game.

Please be sure that your browser and computer system are up to date and also follow follow all suggestions given in the first post, first page of this thread.
Remember to restart your computer if you do any update.

I got it fixed, was my antivirus blocking the page but now I have the new Fb gaming page like other users .. blah
