Can you describe exactly what happens when you try please? At what point does it stop working?

It just acts like it is trying to connect but keeps on spinning. I tried another train, same thing, so now I have Farm 20 and 22 that I can't request boost. It happens right after I dispatch, and of course now I have tried to go back in and the same thing happens.

ok we will try and recreate this just as soon as one of our trains comes back. In the meantime if it does start working do come back and let us know please.
