I moved your post to the subject thread about missing items. I have checked and those 2 facilities are missing. Why they disappeared is you may have too many facilities on the farms they were onand or too much of everything on those farms if they are heavily layered with trees and flowers over waters and crops. You can check on the the facility numbers in the Show Names/Show Facility Info.
