I moved your post to the thread about Quests.

I checked your data and you do not have any peas stored.

If you harvested them in your own farm and then used them in other facility before starting the quest step then that is why it is not starting.

Your data shows that you have peas planted in one of your farms. If they are ready then harvest a few of them and try the start the step again.

If they are not ready, then you have to wait to harvest them for the quest.

Also, you have the Gift lifeline for that quest so you can request for ingredients for Samosas w/ Chutney and when your friends send them, they will show up in your gift box. You need to store them to count into your quest.
