I'm having trouble with a quest. The farm ID is above.
The quest is to produce Matcha Frozen Yogurt in a facility. Everything is complete and ready to start the yogurt, but when I go to the Frozen Yogurt Shop to start it, it says that I need two more Vegan FroYo Base Mix.

Hi Karlene,
It says that because you have none in your storage. When you complete a step in a quest those items are not saved for your quest, but can be used any where else. You probably used that if you started your facility before you had all of the ingredients needed for your quest. You will have to produce and store more of that ingredient before you can complete the quest.

Hmm...I'm not sure I started anything using the Base Mix, but who knows? Thanks for your reply and help, Taz.

Hi Karlene, You had to have done so since you have none in storage. Go to your frozen yogaurt factory and see if you have any ready and store them.

Im sorry but we can't check the times that showed up yesterday.

All products for the Pool Supplies Factory take 6 hours to be ready, if when you tried to load the product, the facility was already at 100% then you could get the false impression that the item was loaded.
Then after some hours, if you filled your facilities again, then that product was loaded but hours later.

Just be sure that the time for the pool ladder is decreasing and that your time and date in your computer are correct.

BTW, you should be in Build 713.

On several occasions, in both regular quest and cooperative quest, I complete the required number of quests to get 2$ farmcash (i typically complete 1 extra just to be sure) but when i open the quest at the end of 7 days to collect my $2 farmcash it shows I am short at least 2 quest completions and therefore only get 1$ farmcash. It is becoming very frustrating.

Hi kkpk

I moved your post to the thread about Quests.

As you are having problems with both types of quests (regular and cooperative) the response will work for both.

When you click to collect your farm cash then any quests completed before that time will be added to that week.

This means that if you are not collecting the coins for some quests hoping they will be added to the next week, that doesnt work.
Once a quest is completed, it will be added to that week no matter you collect the coins or not.

If you want to save a quest or coop quest for the next week, then you do not have to start the last step. That is the only way.

Remember you can open a regular quest every 20 hours and a coop quest every 10 hours.
