I moved your post to the thread for HTML5.
Please check if your browser is up to date and also if you have any pending update for Windows or Mac in case you use it.
If you have to do any update, then restart your computer after doing it.
Also, you can reset your router/modem for a minute a see if that helps you.
In the
first post, first page of this thread, you have the specifications needed for your computer and other suggestions for you to try.
I had a look at your data and you had all items showing up for your farms (crops, tools, trees etc) so I hid them temporaly to help you to load the farms.
Then you can show them again clicking in your preferences, the wrench.
