Hi SANDIE39,
Use Store ALL first that way all your finished products from your regular facilities will go to your storage so that you can load as many as you have into your service facilities.
If you own all the facility tools:
Load ALL only loads all of your Service Facilities.
Start ALL starts all the products in your Regular Facilities.
So you also need to also use Start All before you post your facilities.
If you have a lot of friends that work your facilities they can empty quite quickly. It would then be up to you if you wanted to start and load more production in them later.
