Hi Susan
If nobody has added regular or super facility products to their Trading warehouse then you do not have any to try.
All farmers with offers then will show up with a beige dot in your Neighbors bar below the game screen.
Give them some time, reload the game and then click in Refresh Trade Offers and see if any of them added offers.
