I moved your post to the thread about Facilities as it has nothing to do with the New Release.
We know that there is a limit for unchecking items, so if you reach that limit some items get checked again automatically.
But you say you find items unchecked after being checked, so the opposite thing.
Nobody but you can check and uncheck your facilities or products in them. If you have more than one facility/service of the same type, then if you uncheck an item in one facility it applies to all of them.
Same if you check an item, that applies to all facilities/services of the same type.
To be clear, let say you have 8 Dairy Processing Plant and you uncheck Butter in one of them. Butter will be unchecked in all the othe 7 factories.
If you try to check Butter in other of those facilities, all 8 will have Butter checked.
If that is not your problem, then please contact Support. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.
