Hi meirwen59,
Yes you can still rearrange your farm order, but please remember that when upgrades for farms are released that they are released in original farm order and not the new order you put them in.
To re-arrange your farm order, open your toolbox and click on the farm selector manger. Each farm you have has a small drop down arrow on it, click on the arrow and it will show you the name of all of your farms, scroll down and click on the name of the farm in the position you want to move it to and then those farms will swap places. When you are done remember to click the green check mark at the bottom of the window to save the changes.
