You need to supply the information about the type of computer you are using and compare it to the one listed in the
1st post on page 1 of this thread to see if you should be experiencing optimal game play.
If your computer meets those requirements, you need to let us know what it was you were doing and where you were doing it when the game crashes.
Then please also list the first 10 lines of what is showing in the FT console beneath your game screen and with any errors that may be showing if there are any.
