    Why does the server keeps disconnecting and/or working in slow motion - can I fix this?

    My house, barn & silo vanished yesterday (yes I've already tried the preference tool, refresh and logging out and in) and now today all of my trees vanished too! What's with that? Now I have to pay AGAIN to replace everything! That just isn't right!!
