I have fuel that was sent as a gift in my storage already.
A lot has changed since I last played this game a few years ago.

Hi Bella Rose Ann,
You need to go to the Fuel Station in the map to convert those fuel tanks in your storage into fuel you can use on your farms. Having the fuel tanks in your storage doesn't let you use the fuel. Read the Game Guide chapter I gave you the link for.

How do I use my milking station and the tool for chickens. I had them on a farm aand they did not work. I have moved them to storage and still can't collect my animals.

Hi Majik Merlin,
They work through the facility manager. With them in your storage, then you click on the Harvest All button at the top of the facility manager.

I only received 12,000 in fuel yesterday which is only about 1% of what I usually get so I can't play all day pretty bummed

Please provide your farms ID number, so we can check on this. You can find your ID number in the banner at the top of your farms.

103048071605221 went to a neighbors field to place waters down using her purple hand, the game keeps telling me i dont have enough coins, i am putting water on HER field, should be using her coins, i cleared cache still same issue

Hi JNelson,
As you have tons of coins and she only has 21,793 coins then it is using her coins and not trying to use yours. The message may not be clear as to whose coins, but the game is working right.

the alt account has 21,793 wendy has TONS of coins, the alt account is putting water on wendys fields. wendy should be paying for the water, not the alt account..

Then please provide the account ID for Wendy. We have had many putting waters down on farms and no one has said they were charged for them rather that the owner of the farms.
