There are many more tools for the larger number of facilities that will need turbo tools.
Two turbo tools for services handles *all* services. In my case, 80 of them.

Two turbo tools for regular facilities handles 30 facilities.

I realize the pieces of these were slightly less than the other, it is not proportionate. I guess I should have expected the business managers to find ways to squeeze a little more out of us.

I've been in this war zone 6 months, and a bit of time to go this tour. I may need a different way to escape what is going on *out there*.

Yes, once I calmed down about it, I was able to process that they just didn't explain it to us correctly and we assumed that if 2 turbo machines were good to do all our services, then 2 turbo machines would be all we needed for regular services, when we actually need 8. Hang in there, and thanks for your service!!

I did this and am slowly getting the salt water bait back, but if this truly is the issue, then why did I not also lose fresh water bait? I still have nearly 300,000 of that bait left.

It would take many more fresh water lakes and river pieces to use as much bait as the seacoasts do. All sea coasts have 99+ fish where most lake and river pieces have alot less than that.
