Ok, I have done everything that was ewcommended to me to maybe get my game to load. No success at all. I get the gray page and a funny looking face and stops. My Facebook user Id is 820937754601791. The last message I have at bottom of screen is U-55 Error Null reference exception object reference not set to an instance of an object. I have cleared my browser, checked to be sure my google chrome is up to date, made sure I have webgl, rebooted, you name it. What now?

I will copy your post to the closed thread for the developers tyo look at to see if they can come up with a solution. Please be patient while they look into this.

Have you done all the steps I asked of you from your last post?


Here they are if not.


Have you all done any updates for your computer that may be showing? If you have not please do them so that you know your computer is as up to date as it can be. With windows computers, you can usually check for those by just typing update in the search box bottom left of your screen and then you'll see something like search for updates which you can click on and then follow the instructions.

When or if you have done those please click on the following link and confirm that you have also already done the 4 items listed under First Load of Farm Town with your browsers. If you haven't done those, please do them:

When those are done, try loading the game. Wait at least 5 minutes. First load can be very slow when using an older computer.

If you can't load your farms at all, so that you can show and see things like your crops and trees etc on them, please scroll further down the post to Persistent Loading Issues and follow the instructions under that heading to get all 3 items the developers need from you so that you can post them here. We need what color screen you are seeing when the game won't load and please recheck what is showing under the console and see if it changed at all.

I've reported this before and it was fixed for awhile. It is happening on both Opera and Chrome.

Hi Bdubgrl,
It was not fixed by the developers as it is something in the computer that is disabling it or dropping the connection. The only thing I can suggest at the moment is to try clearing your browser cache, close the browser, restart your computer and reload your farms.

I was so glad just now when I saw there was an update tonight! The Super Neighbour is such a big thing for those who have only the smaller tools. I cannot thank you all enough for the effort you have put into this game to allow us to continue to play. As a former computer programmer (40 years ago, yes they had computers back then!) I know only too well the intricacies of getting a program such as this rewritten, fully tested and working. Kudos to the whole team and all the moderators here in the forum. Your job cannot be easy with the constant questions and complaints.
