I moved your post to the thread for your problem.

Please be sure your browser and operation system are up to date. After any update then it is better to restart your computer.

If you are using a saved link in your computer to load the game, do not use it. Instead use this:
https://apps.slashkey.com/farmtown/login

If the game loads, then the saved link is corrupted.

If those were not the problem, please try all suggestions given in the following link:

If nothing works for you both, you could contact your internet provider in case there is a problem in your zone.
Please take in mind that most internet providers have a few paths (links) from them to the different apps. If the one that links to the FT servers is down or have heavy traffic at that moment, then you can't get to your farms but other things will work perfectly to you as they used other paths.

I've been getting this message a lot. I've cleared my computer history, my farm town cache, rebooted my modem and restarted my computer.

Please advise.

Hi Scooter,
That would be an internet problem somewhere between you and the Farm Town servers. As I answered you before, that does not mean your connection to your service provider. Your data has to travel from your computer through many internet links to get to the Farm Town servers and back to your computer. Any one of those links having problems can cause your data to not get through and cause a connection error. Unfortunately we have no way to check those links nor any way to control them. The only thing you can do is keep trying and hopefully the problem will be fixed by whoever owns the link causing your problem.

Is anybody else having trouble loading farms today? It's very slow and when I go to work a super neighbor, it either won't load or it's very slow. Just wondering if there's a glitch or just me. Thank you!

I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about loading issues. It must just be your connection as no one else is having that problem that we know of.

There was a short freeze of the game while the NCC was being fixed.

I couldn't log in to the game yesterday. After clearing memcache, clearing browser history and resetting my router, I finally got in. This morning I'm not able to get in again. It keep getting error messages under my farms.
