That is the correct response for the servers.
You said you cleared the cache. Which cache did you clear, Memcache or your browser cache? If you have not tried clearing the browser cache please try that. Instructions are in the following link if you need them:

I did the browser cache several times shut down computer and updated all that
did not see a link to do memcache and it is telling me that slashkey is not secure has something changed with this since yesterday morning if i can not get into this can they please refund the money I just purchased farm cash for thanks

I am sorry but we can not do refunds through the forums.


The version of Chrome you listed previously is not the current version. 98.0.4758.82 is the current version. You need to update it again to get to that version.


The forums are not run in the secure https web mode and never has been. Chrome it appears has decided to try to warn you any time you go to a non-secure HTTP site. The game is secure and runs on a secure HTTPS site.

I moved your post to the thread about Cannot load the game.

Please check if your browser is up to date. Also, check if you have any pending update for Windows or Mac in case you use it.

Take in mind that after any update/change you have to close and restart.

If those dont help you, then follow the suggestions given in the first post, first page of this thread including the ones in the links.
