HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

Each time I start to load farm town it gets to this point and sits there at the black screen with white graphic cube and bar for no less than 6 minutes:

GPU-Renderer: ANGLE (AMD Radeon(TM) R7 Graphics Direct3D11 vs_5_0 ps_5_0)

After said time it does eventually load. My user ID is 537090646. I am working through firefox with windows 10. This seems to be an issue that needs looked into.

Loads fine. Plays as expected. After FT sits by itself for awhile all the way to timeout, the playfield only goes white to the background (the surrounding FT neighbors and all the rest are still there). Then on refresh it goes "webgl found but DISABLED." I then have to close and re-open the browser to get it to load. It's super consistent in doing this. I'm sure most people don't get FT up then walk away from it. UserID = 100000691893378.

Yes when it crashed it was 56/256. Also refreshing produces a browser does not support webgl have to restart chrome, have did all updates. After restart it work again until crash. Thanks Ed

i cannot play and it took long time to get to where the first farm appeared.
i used the waterer for flowers, it worked but took long time.

One farm went to 86/256 just now

When this happens, are you working in a particular farm or doing a particular job?

They have me move all my tools to storage and then they worked - let me know if that works

Hi redball

Please clear your browser cache and see if that helps. After the clearing the game will load slower (maybe you have to wait a few minutes) as all graphics have to be downloaded again.

Is this happening everytime you load the game through the day or only the first time and/or after clearing your browser cache?
