Hi Rodneycs,
I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about loading problems as it has nothing to do with the new release. The being temporarily block is not coming from the game. It is from Facebook and their security changes. There is nothing Farm Town can do about this. The only thing I can suggest is to not open too many tabs at one time or post too many times in Facebook such as sharing your posts from the game to multiple groups.

Now I cannot get into FT at all so that means all the money I have invested in FT is wasted. is suported but disabled.

Hi rodneycs

Please close everything and restart your computer.

If that doesnt fix your problem, then be sure your browser is up to date and you dont have any pending updates for Windows or Mac in case you use it.

If nothing works for you, then clear your browser cache, take in mind that the first time you load the game after the clearing it will load very slowly as all graphics have to be loaded again.

I moved your post to the thread about connection problems.
Please make sure your browser and computer system are up to date.
You might want to shut down your modem/router for a couple minutes then restart it to clear any problems within it.
This sounds more like an internet problem as the servers are working correctly. Between you and the servers there are many links that your data has to travel through to get to the server and back to you. Any one of those links could be having a problem which would cause you to get disconnected from the server. Unfortunately there is nbothing that can be done to fix this for you. The only thing you can do is wait for it to clear up.

Last used this computer a week ago and now getting message "Your browser does not support WebGL". Cleared cache, reinstalled Chrome - still getting same message. Checked "your browser does support WebGL but seems to be disabled". Made sure setting for "use Hardware acceleration" is on. I think this happened before in Chrome and there is something else I may need to do in the settings??? Any help appreciated.

Also make sure your computer system is up to date.


Chrome has been updated. Do you remember if when you were last able to use that browser if you saw the following in the FT Console?:

LOGWarning: Your browser does not support "WebGL 2" Graphics API, switching to "WebGL 1"

If you were previously limited to using WebGL 1.0 that particular LOGWarning will no longer be showing up in the FT console any more and you will have to use a different browser.

Couldn't get to game so went into my account to get these numbers.
