I checked those, too, thanks. I just do not understand what on Earth could have happened to cause this.

Hi SirMatthew,
Neither do I. I have loadedyour farms just fine with no problems at all, so it isn't the game. The only other possibility is an internet problem somewhere between you and the servers that is preventing everything from getting loaded. Between you and the servers there can be many links in the path. If the any one of those links to the FT servers is down or have heavy traffic at that moment, then you can't get to your farms or it can cause problems with your farms but other things will work perfectly to you as they use differnt paths.

But would it be giving me all those errors in the FT console if that were the case? It's very confusing. I guess I'll just have to wait and see. I'm quite drained from trying to figure this out. I'm giving up for the night. I hope my ticket went through. The second I hit the submit button, I got an error message in another browser that took me to it, so I'm not 100% certain. I'd expect an auto-reply that my ticket was received, but nothing so far yet.

Hi SirMatthew,
Yes it can give you all those errors. An internet problem may not be a completely cut off, but can be high traffic or an intermitent problem causing it to lose some of the data being transferred which causes an error.


For the auto-reply check your email's spam folder. If you have not gotten it my tomorrow let us know and we can contact Support to check for your ticket and contact you by other means.

Thanks. I have found a sort-of workaround, but it is not always reliable. If i I click on facility links, but then click on Home, I can get to my farm but it doesn't last that long before it freezes. It's so bizarre. I tested my internet speed, too, and it's not that, at least not directly, I know contacting FT's servers is not the same as contacting the closest server to my computer for the speedtest.

Hi SirMatthew,
It is probably freezing because it has not downloaded all the data.

Nor would do the speed test be checking all the links between you and the FT servers. It would be a totally different path.

Strangely enough, the problem just resolved itself. No more errors, no issues, regardless of browser. Thanks for your help, though.

I've been getting this message a lot. Then I have to refresh.

Error: An abnormal situation has occurred: the PlayerLoop internal Function has been called recursively. Please contact Customer Support with an example project so that we can reproduce the problem and troubleshoot it.
