Ways to Improve the hiring process

So this is a suggestion about working facilities and where it could be done now that everything will be internal and not working/posting facilities through FB.

What about having a link in the yellow area (where it shows what people have done for you) as well as on our neighbors' avatar/listing at the bottom - to work facilities from there? Or even if it can be done from the neighbors' tab (if easier)?

The wall fills up so quick, particularly with people posting every two hours (which is frustrating!!) and with the new site there is a very good chance that I won't see neighbors' posts that I like to work daily when possible.
Please, if there can be some other way to be able to work facilities unless the wall expands significantly to be able to see posts that happen within 24 hours.

if we could see what percentage of the Facility Manager (FM) is filled, they others could choose to work our FM or not. (the only problem is that maybe once a year, I want to clear out facilities or service or a specific farm. So then I would need a flag to get others to help clean out my . . . )

With the new game giving us access to more neighbours, and making it so much easier to add neighbours, can we please allow the same benefits when hiring from market? Too many times now I have hired someone (not realising they are a neighbour) only for them to abandon work (don't blame them) and resulting in wasting both our time.....Now that FB won't be a factor, people will be adding neighbours more freely and this may cause some issues when hiring/looking for work if benefits aren't included

With the ability to add more Neighbors and Buddies. There needs to be a popup that states "The person you are hiring is a Neighbor or Buddy, Do you wish to continue with the hiring process"

I love, love, love the new web site - thanks heaps to all for the hard work. I have a number of neighbors in different countries, time zones and by the time I log on, their posts have scrolled off the screen. Right now I hunt & peck on Facebook for their posts but obviously can't do this for much longer. What happens to these posts in the future since the Requests Wall appears to only go back 2 hours? Could we have, say, like 8 hours instead?

One aspect of the game I've never understood is that when you hire a stranger on your own farm, they don't get the bonus. Whether this is a deliberate decision or just an oversight I don't know, but it is a problem.

Especially at the moment with people wanting very specific hiring--not just 'harvest trees' but 'harvest 34 apple trees'--it would be really useful to be able to invite them to your farm so you can find the apple trees, then hire them. Why should they lose the bonus if it's done that way?
